I can sympathize with your situation. They should most definitely be responding to any email or even be proactive with emails concerning your order. It's not like you have zero recourse here, you can contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charge. And I see no problem with you posting your issue here. However what I have a serious problem with is dragging another vendor into this (which I have removed from your original post) who you have no relationship with. I don't know this other person (Janusz Parol) and I have heard zero complaints about the other company he listed. They have been advertising here for years as well and if our members where having that sort of issue I think I would have heard about it by now.
I think it's important to remember that no seller is perfect. Even a company on eBay with 100,000 transactions and 99% positive rating still means 1,000 people think they got screwed. The point is you have a way to solve this and get your money back if this guy at Military Resin is going to be a bad business person.
