I know what you did wrong.
Between the IMG brackets you pasted the page address wich will function if placed between the URL brackets. When you right click on the picture and go to properties then a new window will appear in the middle of that window is a URL this is the URL of the picture. Copy this by selecting it completely and paste that between the IMG brackets then you have a working picture in your posts
