Your work is very, very impressive.
I would really love to see you blog exactly how you made your new cab. Heck, I'm sure we'd all like to see how you did it!

Stunning work Norman - every aspect of this scratchbuilt model looks perfectly realised to me. I would love to tackle a 1/16 scratch myself, so far I have only ventured as far as 1/24! Your fantastic model is not helping me resist the temptation!

Excellent!

Hello Dick

Do it.
It is not so difficult how it seems. This is my first complete scratch building. Before that i scratched only Details like banner or wood parts.
It takes a lot of time to check the drawings with the Richmodel
and original Pictures because there are many discrepancy between them .
I spend now 80 hours on it and at the end the RSO becomes an trailer from Operation Todt.
I hope you guys will like it when its done.

Hello Johan

The tarp is a old nylondrape from my wife glued with very thin superglue.

The steering wheel is extremely well done! I would have had more foul language trying to build that than actually building it.

Wow! ... That looks awesome! Very nicely done!

Now, who would be living in the trailer? ... 'The Great ... ' Maybe add a nameplate on the door?
