I received the "Band of Brothers" DVD set myself for Christmas, along with a new DVD player to watch them on. I never did get to see all of them when they were on HBO so I am looking forward to watching the whole series. And today I watched the movie "Windtalkers" for the first time. I thought that it was a pretty good movie.

Hope they do a Pacific version. That theater needs more attention.

You Know I STILL have not seen all of that series as yet. Maybe some time this new year.

i never saw it on hbo, i got the dvd. watched them all in two days, lol.

they are making a pacific theatre version of band of brothers.

Never seen BoB, am going to a friends to watch it very soon.

I did like 'Windtalkers" I thought that was great and well done.
Little long, so pop yourself a snack before you kick it off, but well worth the rental $ and time

I disliked the ending of Windtalkers. I Thought he overacted his death abit much. BUT that's why it's called ACTING... Right ?? LOL

Band of Brothers is great. Your neighbours might not like it though if your subwoofer is up to the task...

The only thing pissing me off is that now they released a metal box, the original is all fine and pretty but metal is metal and now I feel like I should get that too. (I doubt there's any more content though.)

Guess I got the new metal box then. Don't think there's anything else new about it though...
