Guys where i can find cheap/cheapest Polystyrene sheet rod and plastic kard also where i can find the requirements wire for photo-etch they required brass wire 0.2mm and 0.3mm?

In Metro Manila check out Lil's Hobby Shop, JMN Hobby, or Special Toys Center. Deovir as well. While not an entire line of sheets and rods they would have basic materials. The first three may also have brass wire -- not sure on this though, but do ask. Google their addresses and you should be good to go.
If you're not too picky and needs are not as much, be on the lookout for bits and pieces of plastic such as ID cards, collar props / tabs you find on shirt packagings, plastic signs, etc. Copper or electrical wire is also an alternative. The smallest wire I have used came from a stranded picture frame wire. Hope this helps.
