I have noticed in the last week I have started to get email notifications that don't have clickable links. I hope this is just a glitch. Also I don`t seem to be getting all my notifications.

Cheers Rob.

I've also having the same problem. I didn't receive email notifications from my subscribed topics since yesterday. I re-subscribed some of the topics, some members posted on them today but it doesn't work again.

Jim is changing over to a new service due to a stupid price increase by the previous service provider

I am getting some of my email notifications now, but not all of them, even I re-subscribed them again and again.

This is a bit annoying..

I have also started getting E-mails again, I do not know if I am getting all of them or not but it is a step in the right direction.

I have a question, maybe this is related to our problem; which one of the following is the correct address?

armorama.com
or
armorama.kitmaker.net

Both of them looking the same.

Hi Darren - thanks for looking into this. My post has two responses from yesterday, but not a notification to me (it's my post and I subscribe), out of curiosity, I subscribed again, but no luck - the lack of response seems to have been happening for last few weeks....appreciate your trying to get this resolved.

Cheers
Nick

Nick the publisher is looking at your issue specifically to try and find and solve the issue generally, Staff Jim has asked that all members not getting a notification to check their spam filters to make sure it is not going there due to it coming from a different E-mail address.

Hi Nick,
I have double-checked this yesterday (that emails are going out per normal). I just posted on your topic for example and right now there is a message waiting to be sent in the database to you on that post. I deleted the other messages going out to people subscribed on your topic (just in case they wonder why they didn't get an email).

My guess is (as Darren actually thought of) we changed mail sending companies and your email (work email??) is likely blocking all emails sent by this mail companies IP address pool. Pretty dumb actually as the company is very reputable and sends mail for like 50K companies world-wide (some very large ones too). So check your spam folder and white-list as needed.

Cheers,
Jim

Hi Jim - thank you - weird tho - I still didn't get the email? Hmm? I haven't changed settings, and did check the junk mail? It's probably fine - as I'm trying to wrap this build up - Maybe only a few more posts...so, I'll just check the directory for responses -

Cheers

I have added some needed SPF records to our domain to let them know we send mail via Mandrill (the new company). We didn't have this before with FuseMail so hopefully this will help with email authentication for those being really strict about this sort of thing (tends to be corporate mail systems, government, etc).

Cheers,
Jim

He's dead Jim,

I have gone from getting one maybe two of my emails to getting none and the ones I do get are still not clickable.

Cheers Rob.

Nope!!! Have checked spam filters & junk mail boxes and still only getting a very small percentage of notifications.

Not happy. In order to see if there's been any activity on the blogs I'm subscribed to, I have to scroll through the latest posts page!

Kimaker Staff or whomever is appropriate:
I do not know of the inner workings of the cyber web, BUT here is what I am experiencing. I keep getting email Kitmaker.net notifications with no subject matter or a link to the base forum, in which the notification was sent from.
These are obviously sent from forum topics, for which I have
Subscribed. So what is the Cyber problem, causing this.
It amounts to me just deleting the emails, because of "Lack of Content". Any resolution or explanation is greatly appreciated. Todd
