I'm putting this before the experts. I'm trying to identify what this barrel(?) comes from, towards the front of the photos. It looks to have a bracket on it with rivets or bolts. My knowledge is very limited, but I got the vibe that it's anti-aircraft of some kind and most-likely 1/35 scale (maybe by Tamiya/Italeri/Esci). Any solid clues to what it looks like would help me narrow it down to hopefully the kit it comes from.
It seems to fit inside another piece as well that may be a separate kit part. That part's a mystery too but seems to have the features of an axle of some kind, probably WWII in origin once again, not sure if it would be from an airplane or vehicle/motorcycle or what scale.
Hopefully someone out there will recognize something in these photos, it would be a huge help right now.
