I lost a small photo etch part so I contacted Dragon to ask if I can purchase a replacement part from them.
I submitted a case on Dragoncare, a part from an initial response about why I am asking the question, it went silent for days. Is that the way Dragoncare usually response?
If so, is there another way to get a replacement part from Dragon?

I think that it is really hit and miss, with Dragon. I have had a good experience using their customer service department. But, also heard horror stories from other members. You should try posting your needs on the "buy, sell, trade" forum. Don't stop with Armorama. There are several good forums out there.
