Any hardware store will carry something Similar. It's just an Epoxy Putty. I don't thin it's water soluble.

When cured, it's waterproof, but it can be smoothed down with water before it cures. Look for it in the adhessivesor plumbing supplies departments of hardware stores. Be careful to mix equal parts epoxy and hardner or it won't cure well. A well stocked hobby shop should carry Milliput which comes in 2-3 grains. I just got some Tamiya. Small amount, high price, hard to get off the backing, very slow curing time.

I also had a hard time finding this stuff, look in canadian tire amongst the plumbing supplies etc. It is also very expensive.

Check appliance parts stores. I found this whole new supplier when I was trying to find a part for my stove/oven.

I use it almost exclusively for my sculpting of figures. Both of these are A&B, with the exception of the sniper's rifle.
