I thought I saw a tread on this but can not find it through the search mode. I have glued the hood on my M-923A1 'Big foot' crooked. I used Testors glue. What are my chances of getting it off? How would I proceed? The glue has set.

Hi Sandbox,

Try to apply "acetone" to same places u glued. Wait for about 30 secs. Thus u can take it off easily.

Yeap use the acetone applying it where you think the glue is but not pull too hard at once cause maybe there is also glue in some places you dont remember,so keep it easy and you will make it

"Acetone" is what? Finger nail polish remover?

Depending on how much the nail polish costs, you may be able to get a larger container from the paint or solvents section of your local hardware store.

If you don't have any nail polish around, just add a touch of the Testors LC to the join and slowly and carefully loosen. Has worked for me and god knows there's a lot of nail polish stuff around here. (NO, NOT MINE!)
