Tigers did not need add-on armor. The hull was four inch thick steel plate. The only thing that they really used were spare tracks and zimmerit. However, if you want to throw accuracy aside, go for it! I think "what ifs" are much more fun to build. So, use your artistic license and mod it to death.

As far as detail parts go, you'll just have to search. Battle damage? Anything from scratches and rust to completely destroyed. This is the fun part. Just start with a plan and go from there.

If your kit number is 6406 Voyager has a photo etch detail set for it, its PE 35179. There is also a resin zimmerit set available from atak.

The Voyager PE set for 6406 will probably fit Dragon 6383 since the molds are the same. I think the only difference is that 6383 has zimmerit and 6406 doesn't.

Lol, I got the 6383 as well.

As for the Voyager parts:

Can build along
As far as fenders and all this stuff is concerned, check out
tiger1.info

http://www.panzerace.net/the-tiger-i/order-of-battle/101st-hv-ss-pz-btn.html

You can find out a tank model and then figure out its outer appearance. Or read comments from David Byrden, if you read his stuff, you will be a hell of a lot smarter in tiger knowledge.
