Working on the 1/72 scale Dragon Elefant and the 1/72 scale PIOmodels multimedia Bergepanther that includes the hull of the Revell Panther D/A. Both are nice kits. The newer Revell armor kits impress me.

I'm well on my way on Michael Roberts 3rd Arkansas trooper, face has been painted and clothing is mostly done, base is just about ready.
Primed and added based uniform color to Pegasso's Gen. John Buford and El Viejo Dragon's US Grant.
Still playing with Pegasso's Neanderthal
Working on a scratchbuilt scarecrow for use as a prop in for a yet to be determined ACW figure (possibly one or two of the Dragon/DML Uniion guys.)

Hi. I've been trying to finish up on Dragon's 1/35 scale Elefant. Have it almost finished, except for tow cables and some pastel dusting here and there.

Also trying to complete Tamiya's new OIF Bradley as well. Have it's chassis ready for a spray of Dullcote and a wash. Turret has a couple or so more things to be done to it before it can be sealed though.

Also have just Dullcoted a 1/72 scale Karl Mortar. Can't remember the maker's name at the moment, but it's the kit that has the two railroad cars that carry this unit.

And I need to build a set of Fruilmodel winter tracks for a Dragon Nahsorn as well.

These kits have been sitting around here, more or less, most of the year in various stages of building, and I most defintely want them finished up (if there is such a thing), before even contemplating opening another box of anything, either a new kit of an old one.

The Tumpeter K5 is still about 1/3 of the way done and sits out in the garage. Don't really have the space here in the house to fool with that one and it will have to wait for warmer weather to have more things done to it. Just too big for the limited space the boss allows me on the kitchen table when she's at work and the grand-daughter is taking her nap.

Hope all the rest of you manage to complete those kits you have planned, or are working on over the holidays. Because it's not going to get any better after the first of the year. Talked to the hobby dealer where I get most all my stuff here locally the other day, and he said he's herd rumors in the 'mill' that this coming year is going to be even bigger that last, as far as new kit offerings goes.

Take care, sgirty

Same things I've been "working" on the last three months.

Tamiya Sdkfz 251/1 C that was supposed to be for barbarossa campaign.
Tamiya M14/40 that was supposed to be for the under the sun group build.
Tamiya Bren carrier.
Italeri M7 Priest
Tamiya SAS Jeep.

Friday is my last day of work this year. I INTEND to finish these kits so I can start something new. The first two are nearly done, I hope to finish them Sunday. The Bren carrier is built and first coat of paint applied, I hope to finish it by Christmas. The Priest still has to be built. The SAS jeep is built but I've got a ton of jerry cans and scratch built tarps and stuff to make for it.

I can't WAIT for Saturday and two weeks off!

Hoping to finish up on a 1/35th scale French Mortier 120mm... write it up, photograph it and update Mortars in Miniature by the end of the year. Should be a good possibility seeing that I'll be on a plant shutdown (forced vacation) for all of next week. :-)

I've been kind of in a holding pattern. I started a Tamiya MiG 15 as kind of an in btwn breather. Bad luck with this one...missing the clear sprue so had to call Tamiya to get another one so put project on hold sprue came in so back to work. In middle of November had ordered the Mr Surfacer from Great MOdels to work the seams. Just got notification today that they were going to ship it today. built all I could with it, so I'm at a stand still again. Thought to start my M728 CEV, but waiting the thin gauge wire in the same Great Models order. (I really need to send them an email about principals of warehousing). Maybe I should go ahead and start my Tamiya Pershing. I plan a pretty much OOB other than a machine gun change (guess what else is in the Great Models order I'm still waiting on).
