Hi. I've been trying to finish up on Dragon's 1/35 scale Elefant. Have it almost finished, except for tow cables and some pastel dusting here and there.
Also trying to complete Tamiya's new OIF Bradley as well. Have it's chassis ready for a spray of Dullcote and a wash. Turret has a couple or so more things to be done to it before it can be sealed though.
Also have just Dullcoted a 1/72 scale Karl Mortar. Can't remember the maker's name at the moment, but it's the kit that has the two railroad cars that carry this unit.
And I need to build a set of Fruilmodel winter tracks for a Dragon Nahsorn as well.
These kits have been sitting around here, more or less, most of the year in various stages of building, and I most defintely want them finished up (if there is such a thing), before even contemplating opening another box of anything, either a new kit of an old one.
The Tumpeter K5 is still about 1/3 of the way done and sits out in the garage. Don't really have the space here in the house to fool with that one and it will have to wait for warmer weather to have more things done to it. Just too big for the limited space the boss allows me on the kitchen table when she's at work and the grand-daughter is taking her nap.
Hope all the rest of you manage to complete those kits you have planned, or are working on over the holidays. Because it's not going to get any better after the first of the year. Talked to the hobby dealer where I get most all my stuff here locally the other day, and he said he's herd rumors in the 'mill' that this coming year is going to be even bigger that last, as far as new kit offerings goes.
Take care, sgirty
