I want to know that, is someone had a problem with modelhobbies.co.uk ??

I bought some items from them but one item is missing on my package (a Bison Decal set). I informed them several times with mail but besides sending my missing decal set, I didn't receive any answer from them!!

Anyone knows something about them??

I have only seen one other complaint about this company and there was a lot more to the story than was published it seems. As for your issue, I don't know who saw your E-mail but they have sent what was missing.

You wrote it yourself, perhaps something was lost in translation?

I have used ModelHobbies several times and I was satisfied with them, however I have heard several stories similar to yours.

I think it is a translation problem, sorry about that.

I didn't get my missing item (they didn't send) and I did not receive any answer from them.

Sorry your initial post read as you having had the missing item. As you are not getting anywhere with the E-mail you could always call them direct.
