Hello,

Can anyone point me in the direction as where to get a generic aircraft base? I just need one to put my aircraft on while i take pics of them.
I only do WWII German aircraft.
The base may be 48th and 32th scale, as i want to try the larger scale airplanes also.

Thanks for any info.

Try Noy's Miniatures. They make bases for all different styles of aircraft.

A good and inexpensive way to get a base is to find a photo frame of the proper size in a Dollar store. Print a taxiway with your computer and glue it onto the glass. Putting in a corner of grass isn't terribly difficult.

Alternatively, you could use a block of Styrofoam cut to shape and given a little shaping with plaster or Durham's Water Putty.
