Hi,
I'm trying to find a WWI biplane that would have a wingspan about the same size as a Hawker Hurricane. I'm doing a kitbash for a scenic piece for a wargame and the aircraft looks very much like a Hurricane with WWI style biplane wings and a Sopwith type engine housing.
This is the aircraft in a different scale:

I've opted for a 1:48 Hurricane as it's the closest to the 32mm figures that the game is based on.
Does anybody have any ideas please?

Decided to go for the Hawker Fury and Sopwith Camel to get the front half. Hopefully kits will arrive this week and I can start to plan the conversion.
