I finally broke down and brought a digital camera, Olympus Camedia C5000, 5 megapixels. No need to upgrade a year or two down the road with that many megapixels and it can do super macro photography as well. In California CompUSA had a special to get the cmaera a 32mb card and a case and table tripod plus a free 64mb card with mail in rebate.
Come on over and see my first results. If I figure out how to use it- I'll get better results. And start to post over here as well.

Hi George:

Great site and awsome jobs you have there. Can modelers of other places send pics to your site ?
Congratulations for your new camera.

One thing that I have noticed with my camera when doing macro photography is to crank the apeture to the highest F-stop that it will go, in your case, F8. This helps to keep more of the picture in focus. When shooting macro shots, generally there is a small area towards the center that is extremely clear, but the rest gets somewhat fuzzy very quickly.
