Hi all. I have got the opportunity to build the little Italian Civilian car from Bronco -
http://www.bronco-model.com/en/newsd.php?nid=27
It has a lady and child figure and a dog.
I have no real knowledge of the war in Italy. Was hoping to get some advice or good reference shots of civilian / military occupied life in Italy WW2. What would you have expected to see in terms of machinery / troops etc etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Clay,

No pictures of the little car but here's some photos of allies and some civilians in Italy 1943, I can also post a picture of my uncle who served as a frontier guard in Cyrenaica at the beginning of the war if you like. My avatar is him and I look just like him.

If you do a google image search for Italy 19** (insert 37 - 45) you'll find loads of pictures.

Just for a sense of closure... here is how the little vignette ended up. Nothing like I had planned... just had a mind of it's own. I have called it 'The Sales Pitch'. Thanks for looking
