Whilst reading another thread about somebody having multiple models of the same type, it suddenly struck me that I can't stop buying Tamiya's Marder 3M.
Yeah I know there are other models out there just as good............but I dunno.just something about the Marder...
It's not that I'm interested in building lots of different versions.....I just keep thinking I can build the next one better than the last....maybe do it justice.
Is anybody else like this? And if so..which models are you hooked on?

Hi Teach
I was kind of stuck on the Tiger-1. You can build lot's of different types of this vehicle. Early, mid, late. I built at least four, with two more waiting. And let's not forget it's big brother the King Tiger! (Three of these.)
Now I'm hooked on 1/32" planes, Zeros, and Corsair's. Over and over again and again.
Any one else?

I have at least 7 of each the M-35 A1 and A2 kits by AFV Club plus 6 of the M-925 shelter truck kits and many of the M151 kits by Academy. I can not get enough of them.

I'm a confessed Shermaholic. I have 20 of them, plus about 10 variants, built or on the shelf.

The only two kits I have more of one of the are Bren, or Universal, carriers, forced recon, and the Jeep, both by Tamiya. I figure those two are so common that you can never have enough of them. I'll probably buy a Jeep every time Hobby Lobby has a half off sale, or until I have a half dozen. The only type of vehicle that I might get one of every kind of, eventualy, is one of evey kind of Sherman variant, not just the Shermans, but the SP guns and TDs as well that are based on them.

Hmmm - I can't seem to stop buying StuG IIIs for some reason - I have six on the shelf waiting to be built. The Tamiya PzKpfw III L is another kit that i love - built two, with 3 more to go... heheheh and I'm probably not done with these either :-)

Jimmie, its more than my life is worth,to ask the other half to change it,imagine going into a Gers club, and singing No Surrender, you got the picture, apart from that i quite like the Marder,i think.

I guess with me it's the M-48/M-60 series. Got almost a dozen of the pair either built or waiting in the wings, and still looing for variants to build
