Your request is certainly unique.
I don't think I've ever seen a website giving away anything 'free' without some type of purchase from the consumer.

Check with the current regime. They seem to be giving away everything else on the backs of people who work for a living. Get an "Obamaphone" while you're at it!

Somehow, your comment on the urban legend is a smaller disclaimer than the free phone statement. Here are the facts. As you read this, please note the date of impementaion...1984, right in the middle of the Reagan administration.
