I'm looking for one of the lifting hooks from Dragon's old Panzer III kits.  It is C-15 and I believe it is common to all of the old, now Orange Box kits.

You could probably cut that out of .040 cardstock and add the weld from putty.

I'e got literally hundreds of sprues from different kits and couldn't find anything similar either. Since you can't make it yourself, how about a judiciously placed tarp or bedroll?
