I am new to this website and I hope to be able to help and be helped with any modeling questions anybody or myself may have. I am scratch building, 90%, of a Panzer IV J and I would like to know if someone could please tell me, if possible, where can I find some technical data on the bars that are connected to the turret floor? If not could someone please tell me what the actual length and wigth of these bars were so I could scale them down to 1/72nd?

Are you talking about the torsion bars that run the width of the tank through the hull?

FYI Eduard made a PE set for the Esci Pz IV, one of my local shops carries them for $10.
