Gotta love Mrs. Porkchop, she found THE gift of the season.... (I wonder if the Leopold K5 will fit in here?)

Does she have any sisters? That is one cool gift. Only problem is I can see you filling it up way to fast. Congratulations.

That is a sweet setup!! Did she tell you how much she spent on it? No worries about the figures right under that bulb? You are a lucky guy.

You lucky son of a gun! That looks really sweet! You can bet I showed Mrs. john17 (gee....that just doesn't have the same spice as "Mrs. Porkchop") the picture. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Who says blatant suggestions are tacky! How else will she find out! I need one of those badly! My poor displays are getting a might bit dusty down in the dungeon.
Looks great Nate! And what better compliment to a beautiful cabinet than your awesome figures. So, what room were you allowed to put that in? Living room? Spare bedroom?
John

Well I actually helped carry it out of the store (it was on sale) and Mrs. P and I built it together SDunday night. It was a very reasonable price (less than the MSRP on the new 1/32 F/A-18C) and I have been allowed to keep my kits in a spare bedroom...
Rob: After checking with the wife, she says she doesn't like being called Mrs. PorkChop, I guess you understand women better than I do.
Halfyank: You're outta luck dude, she has two older brothers.
Bison: I was lucky I didn't have to write the check for it at the checkout. No worries on the bulb, it's pretty low wattage (I think)
John: Keep us posted on your progress with Mrs. John17, if you need sage advice about the ladies, Sabot seems to know a thing or two.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS GUYS!!!
