Scale ACT ‘13
The ACT Scale Modellers’ Society (ACTSMS) annual modelling event

When: Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th November 2013

Where: Kaleen High School (aka UC High School Kaleen), 108 Baldwin Drive, Kaleen, A.C.T., Australia

This two-day scale modelling event features model displays, competitions, a swap 'n sell, and a dinner on Saturday evening. A number of local and interstate traders will be selling kits, books and modelling accessories throughout the weekend.

The event promises something of interest for modellers of all ages, from the novice to the expert, or just for those with a casual interest in scale models of all types. Bring the whole family along! Food and refreshments will be available at the venue.

The competition is open to all modellers, not just ACTSMS members - everyone is welcome to participate.

Venue Admission Prices: Adults $5, Children $2, Family $10, Seniors $2 (Competitors FREE).


Competition Entry: $1 per model (online registration, up to 12pm 15th November)

$4 per model (in person, 16th November)

(ACTSMS members & Under 18s FREE)


Saturday Program
9:30am – 11:00am Competition entry acceptance (interstate entries allowed extra time)
10:30am – 4:30pm Gallery open for public viewing
4:30pm Event closes for the day


Sunday Program

10:00am – 3:00pm Gallery open for public viewing

3:00pm – 3:30pm Presentation of Awards

3:30pm Event closes and packs-up
