What do you think are the books all modelers need? These are the essential texts that make up a great modelers reference library. Of course there's a million books on any particular tank or airplane, but what are the ones that are absolute must haves?
How about this obvious start?-
General Modeling - Shep Paines Dioramas, Verlindent Way Vol 1
German AFVs overall - Peter Chamberlain and Chris Elliot's German Tanks and AFVs, Schieffer's Panzer, Bruce Culver's Panzers in Northwest Europe and Panzers in Russia 41-43

"The WW2 GI - US Army Uniforms 194-1945 (In Color Photographs)", Windrow and Hawkins.
If ya can't afford the $52, keep it checked out of the library as long as you can (or until, like me, the fines get high enough that it's just worth it to buy the book)

Tony Greenlands Panzer masterclass is a must have for sure. Bill Horan's figure book is a good addition also. One or two books on scenery/buildings helps also.
