My dad has an old control line biplane he's looking to sell, neither of us know much about it and I was hoping someone here could fill me in on the approximate value of it. It's in great condition and the engine runs. All we know about it is that it's from the 1950s. Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Hard to tell from what you've written. You don't even begin to give enough info about the plane for someone to formulate a response. Even if you don't know the brand, model, or engine size, you'll at least need to post a picture so someone will know what you're talking about.

Also, not taking away from anyone here, you might do a search and find a forum dealing with flying models. You'll probably stand a better chance of finding your answers there.

Hmm I thought I put pictures up, guess it didn't work. I've found out its a waco sre it has nc20961 on the top of it pictures are at http://gallery3.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php/cat/500/ppuser/56631
