Well, since my long-term plans called for making it to Tuesday..

I hope to be there Saturday morning, but life has gotten in the way the past few years.

If I make it, I'll be the tall goofy looking one with the stupid " I made it" grin on his face.

I should get there between 9 and 10 Saturday, set my stuff up, hit the vendors, judge then presenting "Painting a Bust Face in Acrylics" at 1:30, and somewhere in there check out the models on display.

Carl, this is going to sound really strange.. but you heat with forced hot water radiators dont you..... I havent seen the metal grate wood casing in 15 years!! My grandmother had that style design over her radiators in her 100 year old house!! And not far from RI...
what kind of gas mileage does that get?? LOL

Brian, steam radiators. This was a converted summer home, near Narragansett Bay. Lath and plaster walls downstairs. Newer upstairs. That Sherman is static, 0 miles per gallon, infact,I used less than a gallon of paint...

My paperwork is ready, the travel box packed, including an Academy M998 IED HMMWV that's not quitr OOB, which has my first attempt at rust with AK Interactive, as well as a bust and a small vignette. I don't know if I'm traveling with one guy or two. Looking forward to this.

For those of you who arent here YET... BRINNNG CASH!!!!! there are some really fantastic things to be picked up in the vendors area. There are also a bunch of great things for raffle, and you cant win if you dont play! The kits on display, are fine examples of our art (shamelessly stolen, thanks Mike!). I look forward to seeing more tomorrow and hopefully going home without a penny left in pocket!
