Hi guys!

Just a general question which I hope you Merkava experts can help to answer.

I have recently purchased the Academy IV LIC kit, and am interested to know if the lighter side armour skirts can be used instead of the heavier versions more normally seen on the Merkava IV LICs (as I understand, I am no Merkava expert). Both are included in the Academy kit, even though the instructions only call out for the heavy skirts. I much prefer the lighter side armour plates with the rear portion "bar armour", is it a viable option to use these on the LIC instead?
