Is it possible to recover old inbox messages, say something that is less than a year but older than 6 months? I do not see some of my older messages in my box and was hoping to retrieve some.

These are messages that you deleted? The short answer would be yes, but it's not a simple process.

Did you try asking the person you sent the message to (or got it from)? If they haven't deleted their copy then it should still show up in their inbox or outbox.

these are not messages I deleted, but they just do not show up in the inbox anymore. My box only goes back to apr 29 and there was some info i needed from earlier in the year. Is there a way to find those?

I suppose there must be a limit then on the number of old messages that page displays. I have messages back to 2011, but less than 100 or maybe even 50.

I can take a look it may be something I can adjust.

It was capping them at 100. Try checking now.
