Just thought i would say hello to everyone. My name is Matt im from delaware. Im just getting back into modelling after a very long break. I was shocked to say the least at prices lol as i remember as a kid getting models for under $5. times have def changed.

Welcome back, Matthew. Yes, inflation has really hit the hobby. On the plus side, kit quality has (mostly) improved. What do you build?

lol inflation is such a pain. Actually i havent started building anything yet although i do have a few kits waiting for me to start. I will be building primarily ww2 german stuff.

Welcome to the site! And, welcome back to the hobby. Great topic. Seems like WWII German stuff is the most popular. Are you just going to follow whatever strikes you or dedicate yourself to a specific subject?
