In DETROIT? I'm surprised he wasn't outgunned. Or the Police Department flooded with calls thanking them for adequate patrols! The guy shouldn't be arrested. Gas operated M2's are completely legal and it was July 4th. He should have been given a Citizenship medal for outstanding neighborhood watch!

It doesn't say if he got the vehicle back. And now that Detroit has gone bust I guess he'll have to join the list of creditors....
