Hi all
I am slowly finding the quality and control of Micro-Mark tools has become worse as time goes by I purchased a thickness sander , a $250 some dollar tool and when it arrived the 2 extra sandind drums were smashed by bad packing but more troubling was the sander, the paint used on the steel was flaking off and rusting. Speaking to their customer support they claimed that's the way they were coming in from china and I could send mine back and they could see if they could find one better. the paint issue was caused by painting oily steel with out cleaning the steel first. If you are planning an a big ticket item as a mill or lathe , sander . I would think twice before placing your order. just a warning

Most if not all of the Micro-Mark tools and such are just cheap knock-offs/copies of other company's products. Never going to be the quality and precision of the original part.
