Does the EMA glue make your brushes hard after use?
Not used it before.

Been using Revell's needle glue but far too much comes out of the needle end and its not good on small 1/72 parts

Cheers

I have hot-melt glued an empty small glue bottle, (such as the Tamiya glue bottle) on a large wooden disk, at a slight angle.
I added some tube to hold some brushes.

Then decant some EMA into the bottle, over the SINK! not the model bench, guess why!

I use time-expired natural hair brushes (not nylon they will melt) or cheapo ones from $/£-shop to apply the liquid glue.
Others still use the applicator brush as in the lid of the bottle, some cut down the number of bristles to get a more precise applicator.

The brush will stiffen, from melted plastic, but you can rinse with EMA & work out the brush on your clean-up rag or tissue.

Thanks for your reply Jon.
I used to use Tamiya extra thin glue but hard to find in the UK and can only be bought from far east shops.

Ill see how I go with the EMA stuff for now.

Thanks.
