I hope everything is resolved soon and your Grandaughter is fit and well again soon, I know how hard it is to have a child who is ill or in pain and beyond your ability to help. On a positive note at least this cancer when caught early can be cured and usually is.

Mike,
I'm sorry to hear about Isabella. We'll be praying for her as well as you and the family. I know you feel like you've been kicked in the gut, but hang in there. She's going to need you to be strong. God is still in the miracle business.
God bless!

I'll remember her, Sunday and every day between. As a father, I can only imagine what you are going through.

Mike: Great news!! It's amazing how resilient people are. When I was 13, I was shot in the head by a small caliber weapon. It took a few years, but I made a full recovery. Well, my mind is perfect. But, for the severity of the trauma, I made the top 1% of cases.

Here is the latest on Izabella. She had her 3rd chemo treatment last week and it sounds like it went ok. She does have an issue with her right arm with one of her bones. It is in a sling for the moment.
She seems to be handling it ok. Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.

As bad as it sounds, an arm is a small price to pay. Glad she is doing well. I think the doctors have some idea of what they are doing.

Mike
Just came across you request for prayers.Being a grandparent of a 7 year old girl and a 5 year old boy I would have a hard time with news like that.
Good to hear that things are better.

A short update on Bella. She celebrated her 4th birthday this past saturday and is behaving like a typical 4 year old. She is in remission.
She started to lose her hair today. I feel so helpless.
Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.

Bella starts her "delayed intensification" phase today. Some of the chemo is pretty bad in this phase, as my daughter calls it "devil chemo'.
If all goes well this phase should be over by Thanksgiving.
Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.
