I have built, decaled, and weathered Dragon's Panzer IV C. Excepting the road wheels and tracks. The top run of the tracks are assembled. I don't like how the pigments turned out. So, I want to sell it for $20 plus shipping. I'm sure we can work out a reasonable shipping deal. Photos available, upon request. After some thought, I decided to strip the paint and decals. I will post a photo of the level of progress. I will be doing the pre-shading and lay the base coat down. I will provide the left over decals.
