I'm looking for empty paint bottles. I airbrush outside. This means I have to transport my mixed paint downstairs and across a hardwork floor and carpet. Specifically, I am looking for used Testors 1/4fl.oz. bottles. I prefer lots. Will pay shipping on five or more. I'll be keepings this post alive, as it will be quite some time before I won't need more.

Matt look among your circle family and friends to see who has a baby, find out who is feeding the baby baby food from the jars. Those jars work well for mixed paints. The hold up nice and last within the jar as the lid has a rubber seal.

Matt

I get the plastic bottles from Hobby Lobby that come in sets. They come in several sizes and if you use the 40% discount coupon they come out really cost effective.

1oz or less, is good. I find any more that that makes cleaning a labor, in and of itself.

Damon: Meant to reply sooner. Yes, I did receive the bottles. They turned out to be a little large for mixing, but replaced some much larger bottles. Freed up a lot of space, to build. Thank you.

So people will see it. And, I don't have to bump it every week. I don't just want one. So, this makes it easier to keep current.

Seemed a little unfair to me. So if i have a bunch of stuff for sale does that mean i get to pin it so it is always at the top?

Maybe a moderator can tell you just what to do with it. By the way. You seem to be the only one who thinks your stuff won't sell, due to this post.

No it is not just him.
Pinning your request seems a bit of a stretch of the admin powers and privileges.
You are not trying to buy or sell kits. You are asking for donarions of paint bottles, even though there have been several suggestions to solve your problem other ways.
So up the count to two.

I'm unaware of how you count, but I only count two suggestions. Check the feedback, before showing your ignorance.

Maybe there is a reason you 'have no friends',just saying...

And yeah, you are totally abusing your 'privledge' as an administrator by pinning your own topic.
Folks were just trying to gently point that out.

I can see you having a pin if you were a paying member, but you are using the site for free and asking for things for free. this site has costs for the amount you post you should donate every month.

I'm not an administrator and never have been. Oh, and it isn't that I don't have any friends. I just don't have any that can help me with bottles. I did not mean to be hostile. "Ignorance" is not a derogative adjective. I was being attacked, for no reason. The administrator pinned this post, some time ago. I did not ask him to. He did it for his own reasons. Now, if you would like to petition Kitmaker to make me an administrator please do so. I have applied three times and, it seems, there are a lot of politics involved in becoming part of the staff.

It seems to me that you have problems with many people on here Matt...Just look back at some of your posts.
If I remember correctly you wanted to purchase items from me then backed out after a LOOONG wait.1/72 scale tanks if I remember correctly.
Also the post wanting any Panzers...then changed your mind to only short barreled panzers after I Pm'ed you...???There was also the posts about how cheap you can get things...then wanting to charge more for items then you can buy them brand new?

Did any of this affect you physically or emotionally? Did it cause you to lose money? The only post I have had that was higher than somewhere else was the Panther. The same panther that I sold. Yes, I usually can find things cheaper. It just depends on how much time I want to spend sourcing an item.
