Another returning to modeling Q?
I've used Lifecolor acrylics on my first project back, but have been unsure about washes etc as many of those seem to be turpentine based & I'm worried that using such a solvent will damage the life color underneath.
Am I to always use a top coat then weather, before a further Matt finish?

try a piece of scrap with the colour and wash first, so u dont damage the model. and yes you can clear coat before using a wash, its not a problem.
