just to tell all of us not to go on this website to buy stuff

I order two books on 26th of february, my credit card has been charged but no shipping and no answer to any of my mail

So take care not to buy there !

Ok i know when i'm wrong and this is here the case
I ordered on the 26th of February two books on this website
I just receive them today

So what can i say other than :

First of all - my apologies for blaming you
But
My order is still displayed as "PENDING" on the website.
I never have any answers to any of my many mails

Wait one month to received books that are displayed as "in stocks" is quite long when you don't know that your order is taken in account, have your credits card charged immediatly and received no answers.

So anyway, i have the books so again apologies

As a general rule most companies tell you to wait 28 days for delivery which in this case is within that time, however you got your books and posted a retraction so no real harm done.

I think it's great you got your books,but there is no excuse for any company not to answer any customer inquiries,that's just good business to communicate with your customer questions.To ignore was not good business
