Hello! I'm just wondering what is the best/least expensive method to ship single models. Typical DML/Tamiya Armor and figure sized boxes.

USPS First Class/ Parcel Post (depending on size) is the cheapest. It may take 5-7+ days to get there though. For a buck or two more (usually about $8-10 for a full kit) you can ship Priority Mail which gets it there in 2-3 days and provides a tracking number.

Postal rates may be going up, with the fiscal cliff. The post office already wanted to raise the cost of postage and it looks like they will have a good excuse.

In my experience, Priority is the way to go for domestic shipping and 1st class (now Parcel Select) for the international stuff.
In most cases avoid the flat rate boxes on the Priority stuff.
