Does anyone know if the rubdown lettering you can buy at stationers etc is affected by water? The reason I ask is that I need to alter some tiny decals and the easiest way would be to rub part of these letters over the decal before applying. I couldn't do it after the decals are applied. Would the rub down bit come away in the water as I apply the decal? If anyone could help me out on this it would either allow me to do it or save me spending my "hard earned" cash on buying some. :-)

It might work if you clear coat the decal after you apply the transfer letter and let it dry before wetting the decal
