Is Elite Model of Germany still in business? If not, who may be doing their molds? If they are still in business, is there an English version of their web site?

That's a retail shop that carries Elite Models... notice the .uk extension. Not likely a company based out of Germany.

you can ask Chrome to translate the site, but they have the terms of delivery including payments also in english on their german site.
by the way, their products are not that "elite". I was very disappointed once when I bought one of their kits.
