Paint For Lego ?

Hi Gang,does anyone know what sort of paint can be used on Lego mini-figures ?.I ask as my seven year old wants to copy some of the stuff he`s seen on YouTube.
I use enamels on my kits but to the best of my knowledge this would chip over time so if anyone knows it (might) keep him quiet for a little while !.

I'm afraid you would have to primer the parts you wish to paint. The LEGOs plastic is very slick, which is why the paint will chip. I believe you can get decals for them, if you can't find what you are looking for, in their wide range of products.

Hi Matt,Thanks for the reply.I think i`ll have to buy a sheet of self adhesive paper and let him colour that in.
Oh well,it was a shot in the dark anyway but worth the ask.
