Several sites offer good reviews of kits. The No. 1 IMHO is Terry Ashley's PMMS site.http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/

Hyperscale is another.

Cookie Sewell does reviews that get posted to Hyperscale, Tracklink and on the rec.models.scale newsgroup. They are always spot on and usually have a review of teh history of the vehicle as well.

The Perth site is tops in my book though, he gets the stuff really quickly and has build-ups posted before most Oriebntal origin kits are even in the states.
