Hi. I am thinking about building the Hobbyboss Merkava IV. This has the issue with the suspension. What is the best tool to cut the lower hull and what is the best way to handle this project ?

Honestly....I wouldn't bother. Unless you pick the kit up and look at the bottom, you can't tell that the suspension is off, as you can't see both sides of the tank at the same time.
Alot of work for little results. But that is just my opinion.

I agree with Scott above. If you are aglutton for punishment and really must fix it, here is a way to do it.

Wow. That is a major surgery on the lower hull. This is the repair that I found on another forum. It looks a lot simpler.
