If you follow a topic when you go to latest posts there is a button to show all you are following.

You can 'Favorite' a forum, but you can't favorite a topic (as far as I know). You can 'Follow' a topic though.

Both Favorited forums and Followed topics can be viewed on the Latest Posts page.
