I have been impressed with the stuff that Inside the Armour have produced since it was formed and thought that I would give them a go.
I put in an order through Paypal for 3 items on 19 January 2013 - the Churchill Deep Wading Set and 2 x Churchill Mk VI turret bases, waited for the next stage which is the cost of postage and paid on the same day again by Paypal, expecting that the company would send the items if they were in stock the following day (Monday) as they advertise on their web site.
I waited for an email confirmation of the order from the company and a status update expecting that they would follow the example of the many other companies I have purchased from online but I have received neither.
After waiting a week with no items delivered and no news I contacted the company using the email address on their page to ask for an update but so far have heard a resounding zilch.
It is now two weeks since I made and purchased the order and I have nothing to show for my financial outlay or my attempts to receive an update from them and to say I am disappointed is a big understatement as I had high hopes of the company given the professional look of the website and the perceived quality of their products. Now I am seriously thinking of using Paypla's dispute resolution service to cancel or chivvy some kind of response from them - a thing I never expected to resort to.
I am therefore wondering if anyone else has experienced similar from them or, if anyone from the company looks in on this site, could they please explain what is going on with their customer service.
Don't like being negative or to blacken a company's name, particularly a small British one but, like I said, I am very disappointed.

Have you tried phoning them? There is a number at the bottom of their web page.

It took almost three months for a reply to my order only to be told the guy was leaving for Asia and that his brother was taking over. He did ship a couple of items but the key bits I ordered are not even listed anymore. Good luck, I would be prepared for a wait......

I had an issue with getting my items shipped...I paid for them the end of November and didn't get them till the end of December! The hang up was they wheren't shipped till the middle of December!
Chris was very responsive with me and even offered to refund my $ when I got close to the 30 day window with Paypal...

Thank you all for your time in responding to my query. Just to let you know, Chris has sent me a private message after reading my post and will ship the items this week with a very kind offer to waive P&P charges. It appears he has been away overseas in much the same way as a couple of you guys have explained. So all's well that ends well. Once again everyone's input has been very much appreciated and valued. A big thank you to you all.
