Has anyone built this? Or worked with anything from Volks? It looks like a brilliant kit and it's still cheaper than Tamiya's /32nd P51.

I haven't gotten it, but I have to agree it's the best looking aircraft kit I've ever seen. It certainly puts my 1/24 Trumpeter kit to shame and I love that kit. I wish I'd had this when I started my wrecked Israeli P-51 dio.

It looks a lot like the Zoukei-Mura kit. If it is, it'll be fiddly and over-engineered (who needs pistons which will never again be seen after you glue the engine together?), but look good when it's done. Here's another review and a partial build thread. Here's another. It won't fall together like the Tamiya kit does, but it will be entertaining while you build it.
