I saw this great tool some years ago in a Spanish forum, itīs a pity I canīt remember who posted it to thank him.
The thing is that I had to make a new one so this time I made some photographs so the begginners could see how to do it.

I have done this with an electric toothbrush and I use it on filled ejector pin marks which it deals with a treat
