Never realized how mean a BT-7 was. You pulled this one off, magnificently! Which kit is this? Impressed with the tracks. The exhaust may need to be toned down, a little bit. The rust on the shovel is a nice touch.

Thanks Matt.

It's the Tamiya kit with Aber gunbarrel, home made bolts on the rear grills. The spring on the drivers hatch is also home made with a bit of metal thread and the foil from a winebottle. I used Eelke Warrink's article from the AFV magazine for the build-improvements and Lars Richters BT-7 blog as my inspiration for the paintjob.

Colours used are Vallejo, Mig and AK47 pigments and enemals.

I'm not used to show pictures on armorama, so Modelling in General might have been the wrong place to post them?

Very nice model and I like the colour modulation in the green paint. I have always wanted a BT-7, its a very nice little tank

Thanks Steven. You should get your self a BT-7, easy build, lots of fun to paint. - I have also posted the pictures in the Russian Forum if you want to see some of the other comments.

Lovely model and very well painted. Canīt fault anything. Eventhough there is nice depth in the painting and weathering, some colour contrast would give this a huge lift.

You (Frank) earlier mentioned that I should try to break up some of the green colour. I have found an already painted Alpine Russian tanker, that might do the job. I'll try to find time to post some pictures of the tank with af figure on it.

- Good weekend to you all, Johan
