I have used the Enamel paint from Humbrol and my dad did all his painting with them. They seem to give a slightly different look to the water based stuff. But I noticed the other day that Humbrol now does water based paints. Which I prefer for clean up and ease of use. I was told there was no difference in how they look when painted. Is this true?
