Last July I ordered three 1/35 RN figures from Azimut of France. Two of the figures were fine, but the third came with the wrong pair of arms, and was missing the two heads that were supposed to be included. I've sent many e-mails to them and received only one reply. In August they promised to send the correct and missing parts. I've neither received the parts, nor had any further reply to my repeated e-mails. To top it off, they over-charged me and gave me a store credit instead of a refund! When I mentioned their lack of customer service to other modelers I got the distinct impression that I wasn't their only dissatisfied client. I won't be doing business with them again. Al

Just look in the Forums in the Buy, Sell or Swap area.

Oh dear, please enlighten us with the whole story. I don't condone insinuations on this very excellent site so spit it out.
What's the problem?

Please do enlighten us. I have known Jim for a few years and though he ticked some people off on another forum site that was related to something doing with copyright; I have the highest regard for him. I had another freind get accused of being a bad trader, turns out he had just lost his lucrative job and was in the middle of a re-adjustment. He wasn't even aware the bad trader alert had gone out on him and was contacting people to get their stuff to them, which he did in due course. So needless to say I am a bit touchy about accusations thrown out before one attempts to rectify the issue. So hopefully you can get your issue resolved to your satisfaction.

Here is a link to another thread that was started by this member reference his axe to grind. It boils down to not wanting to pay for insurance on the parcel plain and simple. He has been warned once that going through all this again will result in the thread being locked and edited as he has had his say and had his answer.

Gerry, if you truly have an issue with one or more individuals then you could resolve it in private with them, or at least demonstrate some tact if you feel that the issue(s) need to be addressed publicly. That being said, the manner in which you have been responding and the way you are holding on to it suggests that there is something else going on with you and that you are using Jim to take it out on. This is not the place for that and I suggest you go elsewhere and deal with the real issues that are afflicting you. I wish you all the best, but I do not want to see inflammatory comments here.

Why do you think he is a bad trader? You can't just say someone is a bad trader but give us no proof of why he is....
